Is the preview actually free?

Yes. Looking costs nothing and there's no obligation — I only get paid if you want it finished. Building someone a website before they ask is unusual, I know. That's kind of the point.

Why only $750? What's the catch?

No catch — it's focus. I build for two trades in one region, so there are no discovery meetings, no agency overhead, no retainer padding. You're paying for finish work, not for me to figure out what a roofer needs. I already know.

I already have a website.

Keep it if it's winning. Most of the ones I see don't load right, aren't built for phones, or say "copyright 2019." If yours is actually fine, I'll tell you so — and that's the end of it, no hard feelings.

My nephew handles our website.

Family first, always. Keep your preview link either way — if the site's still not live in a month, I'm here and the price stands.

How do I know this is legit?

Fair question. I'm Riad, based in Austin, and the model is built so you never have to trust me: you see the finished site before the final payment, and money moves through Stripe — the same outfit that runs your card reader. If the site isn't clearly better than what you've got, you keep your $375's worth of work and walk.

What happens after it's live?

Your call. The optional Care Plan ($39/mo, first month free) keeps me on the hook for hosting, backups, and 2 edits a month. Or I hand you the keys and walk away happy. Either way the site is yours.
